Discover Great Value Enjoyed up to three tiral walks with us? Make it official by joining the Ramblers; your membership gives you full access to our young walking group and all its benefits. For £3.75 per month (or £45 per year) for an individual or £5.08 per month (or £61 per year) for two adults at the same address, join CYW with no extra charge. Concessionary discounts make membership accessible.
How to Join
Visit Ramblers Website Find detailed instructions under "Join the Ramblers" on the Ramblers website. In the final step after payment, select our group to ensure a seamless connection with us.
Group Selection Check the "Your Group" section - ensure "Buckinghamshire, West Middlesex, and Milton Keynes" is in the 'Area' box. Choose "Chiltern Young Walkers" in the 'Group' box so you're connected with us.

Move your Ramblers membership from another group?
We welcome all existing Ramblers members who’d like to transfer to us from other groups – whether you’re joining us from a local group or moving into the area from further afield it helps us stay in contact with you, makes the walks register easier and may help us get more funding. Transferring your Ramblers group membership to Chiltern Young Walkers is as easy as 1,2,3. All you’ll need is your Ramblers website login, and the instructions below!

- Visit the Ramblers Website, navigate to My Account > My Groups page (You’ll be prompted to login or sign up with your membership number and email address).
- Change your Area to Buckinghamshire, West Middlesex and Milton Keynes
- Change your Group to Chiltern Young Walkers
- Click Confirm Selection

Alternatively, you can become an associate member of Chiltern Young Walkers so we can keep in contact, although you won't be able to vote at our AGM. To become an associate member, please e-mail the Ramblers membership team at
How to renew
If you are an existing member, you can renew your Ramblers membership online or use the paper form you will have received in the post. You will need an account on the Ramblers website in order to renew online.
We recommend that you set up a direct debit to ensure that your membership doesn't lapse and we don't have to ask you to renew!
